Privacy & Cookie Notice

When you submit an application to the NiSi Creator Network we collect the information you provide in the application form (your contact details, work, audience, equipment, files you upload, and the terms you agree to). We do not collect this information from any source other than you.

Your application is stored in NiSi's internal creator database so that we can review it and match you with future product launches, campaigns, events, and opportunities. We only use your information to operate the Creator Network and to communicate with you about potential collaborations.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and browser storage entries:

• Session cookie — keeps NiSi team members signed in to the internal CRM. This cookie expires when the session ends.
• Application draft — your in-progress application is saved to localStorage in your browser and (if you supply your email) to a secure draft record on our servers, so you can resume the form later. Drafts automatically expire after 60 days.
• Theme preference — remembers your light/dark mode choice.
• Privacy notice acknowledgement — records that you've seen this notice so we don't show the banner again.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site analytics trackers.

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict our processing of it. California residents also have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and to request its deletion. NiSi does not sell personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, email marketing@nisiopticsusa.com. We respond within 30 days.

Submitted applications are retained in our creator database for up to 5 years to allow for future opportunity matching. You may request deletion at any time using the contact above.

Your application is visible only to authorised NiSi team members who manage the Creator Network. We do not share, sell, or rent your information to third parties.
